Oh. Hi, Ed. I didn't hear you come in. I'm thinking of investing in that shopping center going up near Tiburon Beach, so I was just reading about the proposed shops for the center.
If you want my opinion, I think you should look before you leap. That center is being built on a landfill. Aren't you wary of problems with settling, let alone an earthquake?
Have no fear! I'm considering all aspects of the situation before I take any action. But from what I've read so far, it sounds like a great investment.
